I came in and I spoke to Brenda I told her I needed a series GFI outlet, the outlet I was replacing was over 10 years old. she shows me what I need and tells me that will work so I get two of them, I go home I put it back in the exact same way that the old one came out took pictures of it before I did it and everything.Long story short it started smoking, I took it back even the one I didn’t use or open and I figured that I wasn’t gonna be able to return the one that started smoking but I at least thought that she would allow me to swap out the one I did not open with one that I needed.She told me no they did not return electrical which (from her perspective I can kind of understand but I was not even here 1 hour ago and I told her I was received the wrong one) I think it’s a little bit self-serving for her to have not been able to help me resolve the issue.I hate to shed bad words on a small business owner however at some point there needs to be constructive resolutions.

Always give good advice and they know their products and installation methods. Mobile home parts can be hard to find but if u need it they have it. Recently bought an exterior door here and have had no problems at all
