Does not contain SLS nor does it strip the hair. Note you have to already be SLS free to appreciate this bar to its fullest. It leaves hair feeling squeaky clean when wet but then soft and manageable when dry. My curls came through and No itchy scalp (for the sensitive). Essential oil perfumes. are wonderful.As background, I’ve been working to give up plastic this year and there are several non US companies that have all kinds of solid bars. Not just soaps And shampoos but also conditioner, body butters, facial creams and moisturizers. There are a few US companies too but not as expansive in their product sets. Anywhoo in my quest I am researching them all. It’s fun!I hope you come out with other goodies because I want to buy more from you!
