Terrible service; employee on duty was not forthcoming about the price matching service that GNC offers and was dishonest when asked about it. After informing him that I had called customer service to confirm that GNC did price match under certain conditions, he begrudgingly conducted the transaction and didn’t offer to bag the product I’d purchase. While I’ve always a big fan of GNC I will definitely look elsewhere for a product as the customer service at the GNC in Decatur/Beltline Highway is colossally unsatisfactory.
