17May, 21 – I had my first Covid-19 vaccination three weeks ago. On Friday prior to my scheduled booster today, I got a reminder auto-call. Tried to schedule the follow-up appt… almost impossible. The counter clerk wouldn’t do it… told me to do it online. Tried to do it online – NO, I do not want to create a Walgreens account online just to schedule the shot. Tried the phone schedule service.. same thing, no options for booster shot, couldn’t even find my info when THEY had already called me to confirm. Very frustrating dealing with Walgreens. I moved my prescriptions to HEB.
