Hannah in the grooming department was extremely rude and condescending. She was loud and she sounded so upset with me because I was asking questions about my puppy’s haircut. She has no patience at all and to top it off she stressed my puppy as she was very close to my puppy when she was being so loud. My puppy wasn’t having it anymore and did not let her touch him. I spoke to the manager and he apologized and said I wasn’t the first one to complain about her communication skills. She really needs to relax and be more helpful to customers instead of arguing. I would not be surprised if a dog bites her one day, she stresses them too much.

Grooming Department is outstanding. Lauren is the absolute best, she is warm caring and always make my puppy feel extra special. He is always happy to see her. She takes great pride in her work, I showed her a photo and she completely delivered on all my expectations. I was so happy with my experience throughout every visit.

We take our dog for grooms there regularly. All is great but Charlie P is a horrible groomer. Everyone one else is amazing and I love how well they do their job.
