Really terrible experience with them. Really awesome seeming prices, but down right poor customer service. I had signed paperwork to receive a couch in no more than 3 weeks. When the end of the 3 weeks was approaching, I called ahead and wanted to make sure that things were going as planned and that I could be home to receive the couch. Nobody knew what I was talking about, each individual I spoke with gave me a different date for the couches arrival. I was handed off to more representatives than I cared to count and not a single one introduced themselves with their name. I was finally handed off to someone who I think was manager, but again that man did not introduce themselves with a name or any title. So I said Hello and he said Hello and I said May I ask who I’m speaking with? And he finally told me his name and said that there was nothing that they could do. They sold me a couch that they actually didn’t have the right parts for even in their other locations throughout Alaska. I asked him to please tell me when the soonest they could get the correct parts and he told me that it could easily be another 3 months but he could try and sell me another couch that they have in person and get it to my house by the initial agreement date. They continued to pass me around on the phone after I agreed to come in and look at whatever they had in stock. I got to the store and nobody knew what I was talking about. Finally found a warehouse manager who said someone mentioned something to him and he would show me another couch, it was the same couch but an awful material, I said No, this won’t work for me, thank you though. At that point I was messaging my husband who is deployed and we agreed to just get out money back because we had waited over a month to get a couch and they had the best prices in town. That same afternoon I ran over to Ashley furniture and bought a couch and had it at my home in less than a week’s time.
