The children’s clothing department is always a disaster at the Parks location.

Bought a jacket from here and guy left the sensor tag on it. Brought it back but couldn’t find my receipt. I bought on my American Express Macy’s card so thankfully they could verify the purchase. The lady took the sensor off and handed me back the jacket. I asked if she could please hang it back up and was told no, and I couldn’t have a shopping back to place it in. She told me to go put it back in my car and continue shopping. Or else BUY something else and she would give me a shopping bag. Assuming theft is really bad at this location. I get it but you can’t add everyone to a theft bag. There are still good people in the world. I won’t be shopping at this location again, store is not organized, people are rude, and these things happen. I’ll take my money to northeast mall Macy’s. Much much better place to shop and feel valued and not treated like a thieve. The girls name was Ninu at the customer service center.

I bought two belts there for a small fortune. One is quite adjustable so I am quite happy with them. I think I lost the dress one. But that not their fault.
