Didn’t have the car class that I reserved weeks in advance. Also had a rock chip in the windshield that wasn’t noticed, so I’ll probably get dinged with that. I did end up getting a decent vehicle quickly so it wasn’t all bad.

I was pleased with how quickly I was able to get a car. I made my reservation online and thought it was a very fair price . I was renting in an effort to save money on fuel if I took my own vehicle. I was unaware of the deposit I would have to make when I went to go pick it up. Luckily I had the extra $200 available as it was immediately taken out of my account. I will say it was refunded fairly quickly after I returned the car, within a day. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the car. There was a sign on the rear view mirror explaining how all these extra sanitizing precautions had been taken and as list of the areas they were taking extra care to clean, because of coronavirus. Someone have sanitized, but nobody got a towel and actually cleaned this car. I could hardly see out the windows. I thought it was foggy outside until I got home and realized there was a haze covering the inside of every window. I was able to clean it with just glass cleaner so no biggie. The handles and gear shift and cup holders all had some unknown sticky stuff on them and the seats were in need of a vacuum. I needed the car in a hurry so I didn’t call enterprise. It also would have been helpful if they showed me where the gas tank was. It took me and my kids a few minutes on Google to find how to open the door to the tank to get gas. Otherwise, the people were friendly, I got my car quick. It ran fine.And I still got a pretty good deal on it.
