I ordered using the app over an hour in advance. Had to wait 25 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. Then get home to find my order was incomplete. I left review on app. I went to website to contact and nobody has even bothered to make this right. This is not how you treat people. I will take my business elsewhere!

Hi we’re Chipotle and we train our employees to shake off as much meat as possible, that way you have to choose the extra meat option and we can pad our sales.They really need to start weighing the meats. This would create consistency. Sometimes (very rare) i will get more than seven pieces of meat. Im 3/4 finished with this bowl and might have found three pieces of meat. I absolutely love the flavor of all my toppings but it kills me when i stir up my bowl and there’s hardly any meat in my bowl.

Today I ordered a burrito with steak, rice, sour cream and cheese with lettuce. Be aware that if your order comes out as steak and nothing else under on the check out page it will only be a small plane steak burrito the size of a cheeseburger for 8.70. Overall i wouldn’t recommend ordering on there main website just go in person and order.
