The customer service has really declined here.I went 2 weeks ago to make an appointment to have a new entry door installed. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for the same person who saw me standing there as he walked by me 2 or 3 times while he went to assist other people.Finally Darryl came from another department to assist me then Mr. walk by me came to make the appointment.Darryl assisted me in purchasing material to do laminate flooring and was very professional and apologetic for having to wait for the other guy to help.I went back today and needed more flooring material and Jeremy provided excellent customer service.

I will never ever ever return to this Lowe’s I came in to buy two DeWalt cordless tools and I got what I was looking for put them in my car and I proceeded to do some more shopping but the man in the tool section had other ideas after he asked me for the third time if I needed help finding anything and I told him no they follow me around like buzzards and doggies my whole trip up and down every aisle and then the moment I walk away from my car to get a can of spray paint they take my card and take it all the way to the front to the customer service and they take the two cordless tools out of my basket they didn’t tell me they took my car they just took it so I had to go hunt it down ask him for a bank and then he told me that I couldn’t have the cordless tools in my buggy that when I was ready to check out I could get them at register 13 and after they took the two 99$ each cordless tools out of my cart they stopped following me they wouldn’t even look at me after that I will never go to another Lowe’s it was humiliating to say the least awful

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from the Texas City Lowe’s. I purchased a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator online for our office in September 2020. When the delivery guys damaged the fridge by forcing it through the entrance without removing the handle, I reached out to Dinah Seward at Texas City Lowe’s. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with making sure that the fridge was replaced. She worked hard to get the replacement fridge delivered. We finally received the replacement but after two months it developed issues with insulation and the seal around the door leaked air. I called Lowe’s warranty to replace the gaskets around the door but it continued to have frost in the freezer. After the third warranty call, the service guy noted that the fridge was defective and ordered a replacement. I again reached out to Ms. Seward and as always she was on top of it and got the job done. A new refrigerator came and was delivered within the time specified. I will definitely recommend Lowe’s of Texas City.
