I can’t say enough to explain how great this place is. On two occasions they have been extremely helpful. I brought my Tesla there the first time because Sam’s Club tried to repair my tire, but it comtinued to lose air. Monroe found the problem and fixed it immediately and for a reasonable price. Today, my brakes were making a horrible noise. I couldn’t get an appointment at the Tesla shop for over a week, and it’s an hour away. Monroe took it right in, found the problem and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

I woke up last Sunday morning at a campground near Phoneica to discover a flat tire on the 1998 Land Rover that I was borrowing from a friend. I couldn’t find a jack in the car but luckily the owner of the campground had a compressor and was able to help me get some air into the tire. Monro Auto in Kingston was the nearest place that was open. I called ahead and they assured me that they’d be able to fit me it. After a quick 20 minutes I had a tire that was good as new and was able to fit in a few more activities I had planned that weekend before returning to the city.I also witnessed the owner deal with a very rude customer in a very professional manner. The guys at Monro Auto are good folks and good at what they do. I was happy to give them my business. I highly recommend them.
