I only gave it a one star because at least I was allowed to go in the store. No one acknowledges you, no one even asks if you need assistance and worst of all, I was about to ask a male associate for assistance and he pretended he didn’t hear me and I spoke in a good loud tone of voice and was only about 5 ft away from him. Also, your cashiers are too busy chatting with each other to even acknowledge a customer when they walk in or walk out of the store. Fortunately, you have other locations that I usually go to, and we’ll probably continue to do so. Your location could learn from the Montana location about great customer service. I know all this is due to poor management. Because I have worked in retail for many, many years, your manager may want to speak to the manager at the Montana location to learn from him or her and to see if he or she is able to train the associates at this location, (Mesa and Resler), in excellent customer service skills.
