I came in my lunch hr to buy a latest model phone cash (over 1k) Acct is in my daughter’s name so I called her on speaker to add me as authorized buyer. Salesperson told me to sit & wait till she adds me. Not busy. No one waiting. I asked if she could show me phones she said I could walk around and look at them . I asked if she couldn’t show them to me she said well yes.. but she couldn’t sell till I was on acct. I said well that is good customer service. You just lost a sale of over 1k and a customer.

Very good customer service despite all negative comments in here, Manager Roberto and Associate Micky took the time to make sure all my numbers were port over from previous company. Had trouble with one line but still worked next day to get it resolved GREAT JOB guys.. KEEP IT UP!!!! Great customer service keep customers happy and business growing…..
