From now on this will be my furniture store to go to and recommend to others…Due to my bad experience with another furniture storehaving to wait 4 months. I thought I would give Exclusive furniture a chance to satisfy my furniture needs. My goodness I’m glad I did. THEY WERE EXCELLENT…Soon as I walked in the store I was treated like family. Customer service was excellent. Employees excellent. Store clean and excellent. WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR. The SALESMAN help me so much in my decision for to what I was looking for. But the best part of all..I DIDN’T HAVE TO WAIT 4 MONTHS for my MERCHANDISE. My beds were delivered in 3 days. WOW WOW WOW…It would have been two days but I had something to do. AND THE DELIVERED IT ON MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY. Again WHAT MORE CAN I ASK FOR. Thanks Exclusive furniture. And yes like they advertise WHERE LOW PRICES LIVE.

I will change my review if I am contacted by management. I had called before going into the store to see if they did in fact match prices. I was guaranteed that they do and they would even give me an extra 15% off due to their current sale. I was scheduled to meet with that sales man later that day. The first items we see are the dresser and nightstand and I show him the prices from another local furniture shop. He tells me they are the EXACT SAME ITEMS and that he will just need his manager to sign off on the price match. I spent the next half hour picking out several other items. When we go to checkout he gives me the total without adding the matched prices. I reminded him of the price change and he calls his manager to make the over ride. The manager Carlos then informs me that they CANNOT match the other local competitors prices. They came out with a series of excuses as to why they could not match the prices, but the one that really upset me was when the manager told me they are not the same item.Honestly don’t guarantee match pricing if you DON’T ACTUALLY DO IT and DON’T WASTE your clients time. The items are the exact same and the competitor is selling them at almost half the price. I wanted to purchase with exclusive furniture because I have friends that have dealt with them before.

I had an amazing experience at Exclusive Furniture. Gerald was so helpful and patient during my experience. He made me feel important and didn’t leave my side until I got everything I wanted. He also helped me with payment plans and making sure that I received everything I wanted. I was very pleased with his customer service and will most definitely be back in the near future.
