This particular location is getting into the bad habit of giving you cold, stale donuts. This morning we went through the drive thru and got 1 dozen glazed. They were cold and hard. Not just stale but hard! They lady tried to tell me it was the machine and I could come and get hot, fresh ones. Let’s be honest, it isn’t the machine. Those donuts were at least 2 days old sitting in the refrigerator…..What a waste of time and money!

This is the only Shipley Do-Nuts that when you specifically ask for warmed donuts, they give you cold ones. & when you ask for fresh, they respond with All their donuts are fresh. Then you get the donuts and they are cold and look as they have been sitting on the counter for hours.
