Carl and the gentleman who worked on my car were great but there was another male who literally stated at me like I had the virus, didn’t greet me.He literally caught eyes and I locked right with him and he eventually turned his head when I didn’t change my stance. Don’t know if I will spend my hard earned money here again but they did do my inspection quickly and accuratly. Thanks to Carl and the young man who did my inspection for making me feel welcomed.

We started going here a number of years ago after the shop we had been using for years seemed to be having issues. I feel comfortable that they treat us fairly and are competent. I used to do more of my own repairs but have moved away from that and typically only do the simple maintenance myself now. That is not to say they cannot make a mistake. We had one time where the repair person forgot to close something (vague because I cannot recall the specifics but it caused the warning light to turn on without causing any damage). They said it was their fault and did not charge us when we took the vehicle back. Repair costs seem reasonable based on my experience with other shops and will likely be substantially less than a dealer for repairs. Their waiting room is small and old and has been closed during the pandemic. As a smaller shop they can get busy and there can be some delay in getting the work done. Nevertheless, this is our go-to shop.

Great customer service. Beats all expectations. Work is done quickly and right everytime. Prices are very competitive and you can take them at their word as to what work really needs to be done. Highly recommend this place!
