Purchased a pair of shoes on Sunday Mothers day, I asked the sales person if they didn’t fit what was the return policy, she informed me that if they were returned before 7days it would be a refund after 7 days it would be store credit, I went in the day after Mothers day and was informed that all would receive is in store credit, I’m posting this to make others aware of their deceiveing sales tactics, I know have a significant amount of in store credit that I’m not sure if I want anything from this business

I went into Chrome for the first time yesterday and was highly disappointed! First of all, it is disturbing to me to have more health checks to enter their store than any local doctors office! Second, one of the staff was so rude! She seems totally bothered that I was there. My whole time in the store, no one checked on me or offered to help me find what I was looking for! Don’t waste your time shopping here!
