Pulled up to what was supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy after an ER trip for kidney stones. The pharmacist just didn’t want to do his job. “Our computers are down for 15 minutes for a backup.” That’s fine I’ll wait we have to have these meds. “Well it will be like 25 minutes.” That is fine. I will wait. “Are you in our system?” No we typically use Walgreens. “Well do we take your insurance?” How the heck am I supposed to know? Isn’t that your job. I finally Just took the scripts and left.
