LITERALLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HERE!! I was an AT&T customer, I only came in to buy a case and the manager over there pitched me an unbelievable deal for my small business! The manager over there was Cameren. I did not even go there to switch carriers but the way Cameren went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for my business was amazing plus the deal from T-Mobile was irresistible. I will definitely recommend everyone to go to this T-Mobile location. 5 STARS DEFINITELY!!! I have been to other wireless stores & they definitely have nothing on Cameren and his team! They were very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy! Great Job Cameren, keep up the good work!

Horrible customer service. Went here on Sunday at 5:30. The young lady was on her phone FaceTiming. I asked her to switch my phone from Sprint to T-Mobile. Got an attitude and said that we are closing in 30 minutes. Of course the store is open to 6pm and it’s only 5:30pm. Then she said can you come back tomorrow. She clearly did not want to help. I called Sprint and T-Mobile the next day and they said this is very easy to do. Blown away by lack of care.
