I came in to this store to take advantage of a promotion back in April of 2019. If you traded in your phone and switched from another provider, you could get $300 off of your new phone and a $250 Visa gift card. I got the $300 towards my phone, but never received the gift card. I called the store and customer service multiple times, but they were never able to help me. Finally, I was told I was supposed to receive a code while in the store buying my phone to redeem the gift card online. I never received the code in the store and the worker who was helping me there at the time wasn’t giving me much detail other than that the gift card would come in the mail toward the end of summer that year. I believe that the worker ‘helping’ me took MY code for himself and thought because I was a female college student that he could take advantage of me. I am feeling helpless from my experience at this store. I was never able to get help from how I was treated here and it’s just sad. I’ve called customer service several times over the past year and no one is able to do anything about the situation. I will be switching to a different carrier in the near future because of this.-A very dissatisfied Verizon customer
