This is located inside the Victoria TX mall. A four star rating mostly because the cookies are so darn delicious, and their custom cookie cakes are always amazing. The pretzel bites and drinks are also really good…but they don’t always have their menu ready made.However. Please be aware that they are often short staffed. Or have their associates working in stressful or negative situations. Particularly on the pretzel maker side. They need more associates or to pay better so they can have a full staff. Or better conditions. That’s my opinion.

Very rude service! On my sons birthday he decided he wanted a cookie cake, so we went to try to purchase the cake and they refused us. So we tried to purchase just random cookies and they completely ignored us and waited on every customer but us. It’s unreal that a company can treat someone like that. As much as we loved the great American cookie we will not be back. So sad!
