Amanda H provided top notch customer service. I was on the search for a particular leather jacket which was unavailable in the size needed online. I began calling locations and found that Amanda’s location had the item in the correct size and ordered it seamlessly from them. Unfortunately, the package was stolen between the store and my home – Amanda was extremely helpful with info for UPS and anything she was able to do. After UPS did their claim process – Amanda already had another store lined up to get the item from and coordinated ship to local store to avoid more stolen packages. All in all – Amanda remembered me each time I called and was always a step ahead!
