I ask for no onions, they give me onions. The wait was less than 3 minutes…but my food is barely warm? I ordered a sandwich that I didn’t get. Get it together Wendy’s….or don’t, I won’t be back either way.

Horrible! They have served me raw hamburger meat for the second time today! Then I also found a raw French fry, gross!! They need to be taught how to cook food! It was pinker than this the last time!

This place really needs to get new staff from the managers on down! My husband and I had order 2. And a larger fry. As soon as we get home to eat we noticed that the burger was cold, like it had been sitting out. The fries were okay not hot and fresh. So we took the order back up there. We were the only car there so we’re in the drive thru. Trying to tell the lady our order was wrong. Get to the window and this manager has the worst service ever. She was trying to argue with us about what we ordered. Getting smart etc. So we got our money back and left. You guys will NEVER get any of my money EVER AGAIN. And the black wanna be man looking woman manager PLEASE FIRE HER! She doesn’t deserve to be in customer service with that attitude. Close this down and start over with new staff!
