Cook’s went above and beyond with their customer service. My gate broke while my quarterly service was being completed, and even though it wasn’t the technician’s fault, a Cook’s team came out and personally replaced my fence gate because it happened while they were using it. I honestly can’t think of another company that would take the time and spend the money to do that for me. To me, that’s incredible customer care.

We had a termite inspector come out to check the bait stations last week. He was very polite but forgot to put the bait back into 2 of the stations. We called customer service to have him come back to fix it and he still has not came back this week to fix it.
