Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I’ve been calling and coming to the office to get simple info about my taxes. They don’t call back and they’re never there even when google says its open. They take your money and literally disappear for the rest of the year. Its a scam.

Taxes done! This place has guided me yet again & helped me maneuver through the annual IRS gauntlet. I’ve known one of the tax agents here since we were kids and now she’s making sure I’m right with the IRS every year and lining my pockets at the same time. First time I’ve ever gotten more than $1000 back from New York State and cracked 3 grand for the second time in my lifetime from the feds. ValueTax never ceases to amaze me. She helped me to figure out how to balance my deductions throughout the year so that I’m never b in the negative and also consistently have myself a little something in return.
