A honest mistake was made by T-Mobile salesperson on last two weeks ago. They forgot to put insurance on new phone. Note: I have paid for insurance for 17 years. Yes 17 years. As luck would have it. I cracked my screen. The saleswoman called there corporate office who at first told me I never had insurance. Until I pulled up last month’s bill and showed them. Then refused to Correct issue and put insurance back on the phone. Then tells me i have to pay a $400 penalty for my damaged phone.Keep in mind my phone is still under factory warranty and I have been paying for insurance for 17 years up to when salesman forgot to put it on new phone I got.17 years of paying. And they refused to accept that the salesman made a mistake and instead penalized me $400. They could care less what I was trying to explain. They refused to accept any kind of responsibility. Worst customer service experience ever.If not fixed. I assure you it will be the last payment T-Mobile will ever get.

They give me multiple wrong quotes and did not want to fix their mistake. The representative is rude and argumentative to her own notes and quote. The wrost servies throughout my 3 vistis and I am still being overcharged!!
