My husband has been involved in various hobbies over his life. It started with gas powered remote control cars. As we added children to our family, his hobby changed to RC Cars, as he’s now involved our son. It’s their favorite thing to do together. We’re from the Birmingham area. The hobby stores in our area absolutely do not compare to RC Hobbies (now RC Hobby Barn). Whether you’re interested in RC cars, planes, trains, or modeling they have what you are looking for. They’re also very generous and very willing to answer any questions you may have. It’s worth the drive just to visit them. If hobbies are something you’re into, don’t hesitate to visit them.

I stopped by to see what’s new in radio control items. I spent a fair amount there in the past then I moved away for many years. The store had a very good inventory of R/C items and was well laid out and neat. Thinking about getting back into the hobby so was checking out how far they have advanced in about 15 years, wow it’s a whole new world.
