In rebuttal to claims by some the owner of this company is one of the best bosses I have ever had. He is very fair and one of the best. In response to games at work, you didn’t apply to game stop you applied to a security company. And if you haven’t gotten increase in pay then you have been caught not doing your job. Sorry to those who think security work includes playing games for 8 hours or sleeping on the job. Security is a real job people. He doesn’t pay you to play games if that’s how you feel apply at game stop.

They don’t treat their employees equally. If a regular guard makes a mistake we get wrote up, If a supervisor makes the exact same mistake absolutely nothing happens to them. There is little to no chance for advancement. The owner of the company issues orders of what we can and can’t do without ever spending a shift in our shoes. He says no phones for games or nothing even though I may go up to 5 hours between seeing or checking anyone or anything in at my guard shack. Last but not least our pay is the lowest security guard pay in Amarillo. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE!!
