Horrible customer service. I got in drive thru line at 10:25. Three cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the menu to order it was 10:30. They switched over the menu to lunch and refused to take my breakfast order. Really?! Will never go there again.

I have been leaving reviews lately because my experiences have not been so great.Now this location is by far the worst I’ve been to. The management is absolutely terrible from the owner on down. The have way to many kids with no home training and very disrespectful. Their communication sucks. They’re very slow and inaccurate with orders. The whole location needs an entirely new staff.

I try to avoid leaving reviews at places but this location is terrible.Wait times range from 15-45min, and when you finally get to the window the employees are very rude. Management needs to be replaced if they can’t get any employees to actually show some respect even if it’s just a “fast food chain”.If this place has anything above a 3 star rating, I think it’s a fake reviewer.Their mess ups and rudeness is consistent anytime I go.Not to mention they close hours before they’re suppose to almost every night.Done with this location for good
