The location was really busy and there seemed to be a lot of confusion concerning orders that had been placed. In fact, there was almost as long a wait for your order as there was to place your order. I had 9 people ahead of me when I was waiting to order. For that reason, I gave this location a less than excellent rating. The coffee was good and so was my muffin. More staff taking orders might have made the process a little less time-consuming for consumers like myself.
