Could have been better. Needed a dress shirt and pants for an interview. The pants needed to be altered but we figured that. The shirt needed to be ordered. Because I have a large neck, the body was really baggy. When I said this, the employee said, Sure, anything over x size neck needs to have a fitted body. The problem was I didn’t have time to send it out to be altered or to order a fitted shirt so my wife had to alter it. Would have been nice to have ordered the correct size, especially since we paid extra to have the shirt early.

Two trips in so far and the experience has been superb. Friendly staff, my kid was able to get his tux rushed for a $20 fee and they fixed the sleeve length on the spot. And they have $99 rentals.

I was in town for my friend’s wedding as his Best Man and this is where we picked up the suits for him and the groomsmen. Ciarra is just the best! She literally went out of her way to make sure we had all the right clothes for the big event. Really, she specially made efforts to get the correct ties and jackets into the store first thing and drove them to us, herself. Her professionalism and confidence were major factors in keeping the bride and groom from worry. We are truly grateful for all that she did for us.It wasn’t just her, though. I ended up needing to return the suits on a Sunday morning. I was over an hour early, but a young man who had shown up early was kind enough to take the suits off my hands even though his work day hadn’t started. This was a huge relief for me as I wanted to start driving back to Michigan as soon as possible.Thank you, Men’s Wearhouse!
