Had new Lennox Heat Pump installed last week. Great job by sales rep Lance. Sold me what I needed for my purposes. Right to the point and answered all my questions. The crew of Kevin,Layne and Philip were timely, efficient and extremely friendly. Answered all my questions as dumb as some of them were. Everyone I worked with–Mark, Kevin, and Lance–indeed, their entire team–did a superb job of helping me select and then install my new HVAC system. It included a state-of-the art heat pump, electric resistance heaters, a REME Halo ultraviolet light sanitizing system, a new high-efficiency filter at the air handler, and a new thermostat. We’ve been using the system since July 2020 and have been thrilled with its performance. The system has been running cooler during the peak summer months, but the energy consumption has been consistently lower than historical levels. We’ve been satisfied customers for over 31 years.
