Terrible service. Picked a carpet. Ordered it for a room. The wrong carpet was installed. I took my original square up there (the one they gave me and told me was ordered) and told them this is what we ordered, showed them the below picture, and they told me no it wasn’t and refused to work with us to get it changed out. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Terrible company. Would not recommend to ANYONE.
