If it wasn’t for the affordable price of their products I imagine this store would go out of business. The staff of this store is so consistently unfriendly and rude. Whether it’s interacting on the store floor or the checkout process, the employees attitude is one of “I can’t be bothered by you”. Shame on the management of this location for not encouraging a level of top notch customer service; all you have to offer is competitive prices. So happy to send my business to Kroger across the street – a much friendlier and appreciated shopping experience.

We always have good experience shopping here. However last night around 730pm, we went to the self checkout on the fruits and vegetables side. The machine said it’s missing an item. We called for help, this rude girl said did you remove something while scanning? We told her no, she made me put everything back in the bag and still the same error. I wanted to ask her, what’s your job here if you made it sounds like it’s our fault? You’re suppose to resolve any issues customer may have. Ok that was one incident. Then we asked her for the buddy bucks for our kids. She automatically said she don’t have it. Before with another rep, they would go look for it. Very unprofessional, doesn’t go the extra mile to help a customer. She even hide her name tag by covering it. If she doesn’t want to be there, don’t work there. Just because you’re not happy doesn’t give you the right to make your customers unhappy.
