I will definitely use this company for any future glass/mirror needs. I had a mirror installed in my home garage gym. Everything from quote to installation was excellent. Great customer service. Chris and Craig were my technicians and even went back to get another mirror when they noticed a scratch on the surface. I am very pleased with the way it turned out! Thank you for the excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days!

We were in need of a new front door glass that had shattered nearly a year ago, and 3 panes of glass in our historic home in Athens. We had tried to contact a local glass store several times over 2 weeks, but hadn’t heard anything. I found North Alabama Glass on a google search for “glass repair near me” and emailed them. Within a few hours I had a response for pictures of my areas and that evening a long care- written response of my needs as well as their concerns for the windows locations and some wasp nests that needed to go! The next morning I had missed a phone call from them and then got a text asking when they could come see the areas, I believe it was William who came around 10 that morning. That afternoon I had a bid and a phone call from a lady in their office. We paid our 1/2 down and they were ordering the safety glass for the door and would be in touch. 2 days ago I got a call wanting to schedule the install and they came yesterday morning and did a tremendous job installing the front door and the 3 other panes of glass. The workmen worked quickly, they did a great job and no mess was left. If you’re looking for a company to do a top-notch job and be responsive to your messages and “want the work” then I highly suggest North Alabama Glass in Decatur!

Wade, Kevin, and Scarlett were all very courteous and professional. We had a custom shower glass installed. They were straight forward on lead times for the custom cut glass, and custom hardware(we have had issues with this in the past with another company who promised short lead times to get our business, and then didn’t deliver). Wade even made a suggestion on the placement of the glass, and even though it was minor, it made large difference inside our shower. I highly recommend North Alabama Glass, and they have earned a repeat customer.
