A few weeks ago after calling several tanning salons in Galveston and not being able to get an appointment , I came across Glow Galveston Custom Airbrush Tanning Boutique and Mrs. Laura booked me right away. It was a little after 4 so I didn’t think I would find anyone to take me in last minute but Mrs. Laura did! I was nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. When I arrived, she treated me so wonderful that my nerves vanished. As she was doing my airbrush tan, I was a bit embarrassed at the beginning because I was just wearing a disposable thong. But after a few seconds, I felt so comfortable that I had forgotten I was not wearing any clothes! She was very professional, and just so friendly that I knew then I would be coming back. My tan was flawless and looked so natural and I felt very confident when I attended a wedding a day later. When I contacted Mrs. Laura a week later about coming in for my second visit, she informed me she wasn’t feeling too well and so I told her we could reschedule for another day. Well not even 2 hours later she contacted me and said to come in as she was a little better and wanted me to come in for my second visit because she always wanted to be available to her customers. After I went in, I could tell she still wasn’t feeling that great but yet she took me in. That right there told me everything and that’s when I knew I could never go to anyone else! My entire experience was A+ and I highly recommend it! She also uses the best high quality products and even puts this amazing powder on you after that smells so good! You will not find anyone like her! I tried buying one of her packages after my first visit that are good for 6 months to use but she insisted I wait until my next visit that way I had more time for it. If that’s not great customer service, then I don’t know what is. Other tanning salons would have tried to sell you several packages after your first visit but Mrs. Laura did not! I was very impressed with my entire experience! I will never go with anyone else after meeting Mrs. Laura! I normally don’t write reviews but I am so pleased and happy with my entire experience that I had to let everyone know! You won’t find anyone like her I promise! She’s the best!
