If I could give this store 0 star then I would. First time coming to this store and being treated unfair. I do believe that the employees were paid for giving shoes ( actually bribed). The previous customer just bought 4 shoes of Jordan 1s and I have been looking for that shoes for a while. Then I asked what size they have left. The manager (a long hair guy) said that already sold out, that’s it, no more, ect. Can you believe that? That doesn’t make sense to me. The shipment just arrived and the shipment only 4 shoes? Are you kidding me? Then I asked that I could wait them to arrange the shoes from the shipment. And besides that, I have asked how much they got paid for giving shoes to people? The guy just embarrassed and kept silent. There is clearly proof my doubt. It’s so waste of time and disrespectful to your customer. You can’t keep shoes for your hidden purposes and don’t let true customer buy it. What a shame in customer service!

I do not recommend this place to those who buy shoes for sports. I bought sneakers yesterday, ran in them, realized that they do not look like me and with great difficulty replaced them.

A while back I purchased some shoes at JD and saw they do veterans discount. When I asked the cashier about it, she said they do not do veterans discount because they are a foreign company.. but the website said otherwise. I didn’t think too much about it and purchased the shoes. I ended up returning the shoes the next day, but forgot my receipt. Cashier did not issue my return so I called the corporate office, to which they said they were able to do returns without the receipt. And only when I mentioned this did the manager issue the return. Something sus is going on with this JD – either the employees are lazy or simply not trained properly.Avoid going to this JD store if you can.
