I have used this pharmacy since they opened in Baytown and they have always been friendly, courteous and professional most every visit bThe wait time is rarely over 15-20! Minutes compared to hours at chain pharmacies. My son has also used thie pharmacy and we both would recommend it to anyone. I called on August 7th and was told my prescription had not been received, I called on August 14th and was told the prescription had not been received, then I called the doctors office who called the pharmacy on August 14th and it turns out my prescription was received by the pharmacy on August 4th! After being given the run around and offered no apology for not filling a prescription for over 10 days I was told it would be ready in an hour or so but to wait for a phone call before heading to the pharmacy. I was called back over 2 hours later and told that the medication was ready but they closed in 20 minutes and that it could be delivered to me Monday. Monday would have been 14 days after the prescription was revived! I left work and raced to the pharmacy before they closed on August 14th. Why did it take 10 days, why was I told, twice, that my prescription had not been received, why did they fill it 20 minutes before closing? No apologies offered, no explanation provided, and poor customer service.
