Same crew every night closes the store very early for “deep cleaning” then walks around playing on their phones. This used to be my lunch break stop (I work second shift, til 2am). Now it is closed the entire time I’m in the area. I’ve even reported this to another RaceTrac close by and they said they are not allowed to close this early except for special situations but they do it every day now. At 10:55pm tonight I watched a couple of people walking up, front door was locked, they went to the side door and the employee inside RAN to the side door to lock it before they could walk in. Corporate needs to get involved with this, this is ridiculous. Also used to be the stop for half my department at the end of our routes as it is on the way back in for the night.

The absolute worst RaceTrac. Nasty store and bathrooms. The employees are always playing and have the worst customer service. They close the inside of the building every night at 9:45pm so they don’t have to service anyone and they say it’s closed until 3pm for deep cleaning. But when you go back at 6 or 7am in the morning. Everything is the same. I have watched them close the door on several people at the door trying to get in just so they don’t have to service them. So guess what happens we all end up across the street at the 7-11 for what we need. RaceTrac check your cameras your people aren’t working. And it’s always the same crew who does this!! Always!!

Since this place is close to my job i visit it pretty often mostly at 4-5 am. Today is 2/24/21. I don’t know their names but a short hair black women and a tall heavyset black man with a red dyed afro are rude and short with me and all im doin is making a normal purchase. Im always in a hurry so i don’t ask for anything out the ordinary. I may stop goin there because i tired of getting treated like a child. The one on carbon close to my house is much better. If it don’t change I’m making a call to corporate.
