Wow just wow! This store is by far filled with the most awesome people ever. I want to first praise the young lady Maranda I think she was the store manager. There was an irate gentleman disrespecting her for doing her job on an ID and she handled the situation very respectfully, the best I’ve seen a situation handled in that manner ever. The 2 other gentlemen were helping my family as well as another and the way they worked together in helping us made us feel right at home. These people deserve to be recognized at the highest level and I will also be emailing their area manager to give them the credit they deserve. Go to this store for anything you need. You will not regret it!

I was having issues with Verizon. I had been with Verizon over a decade. Verizon applied my payment to someone’s else’s account, then suspended my service. I had to get my credit card company involved to get Verizon to do anything. I left verizon and came to at&t. So far its been the best decision ever. Customer service definitely hears the customer at at&t unlike Verizon.Edit:When I signed up for service with ATT I was told what my bill would be, the cost.When my bill came it was $97 dollars more then I was told. The second bill came, due date has changed, price is now $104 more then what I signed up for, no overages, never used hotspot and still my bill is not what its suppose to be.So now I feel ATT is the same as Verizon.I was lied to by both. Will be dropping ATT now to try another provider.
