I ordered a birthday cake at the beginning of this week for my daughters 4th birthday. I get the cake and it says 1st birthday. I called to see about getting it fixed and the bakery supervisor, Leslie, kept interrupting me and would not let me explain what happened. He told me twice the order was ready for pick up even though I already had picked up the order. He then proceeded to tell me his employee would never make a mistake like that. He never once offered for me to bring the cake in for correction.
