I was warmly greeted at the front door and Alex Alexander walked up to assist me. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in chairs for my den. She was so helpful and efficient in showing me exactly what I liked and what met my husband’s list of likes vs. dislikes. We returned the next day for my husband to sit in “The Top 3” choices. Alex continued to be a good listener as she assisted me in fabric selection. I would highly recommend Birmingham Wholesale Furniture and Alex as a very helpful salesperson.

Extremely disappointed in quality and service! I ordered a custom dining room table. It arrived with damage/flaws in the center of the table top. I have tried repeatedly to get the issue resolved with no results. I was first told the table would be replaced. Then I was told that the damage/flaw was character! I didn’t order character. Then no one would ever call me back or address my concerns. Very disappointed that a business would just turn their back on a customer!!!!
