I received damaged products on 5/29/21 and i called customer service with the drivers present but the office was closed. So I have emailed and called several times and sent in pictures like requested and i still to this very day have not been presented a solution to what will be done with these damaged products they gave me. The customer service and quality control has been horrible. I have spent over $20,000 within the past 30 days and i cannot believe they wont communicate with me. It’s a shame that its been over 10 days and I’m in the dark. Will they be replaced? Will they be repaired? Will I get my money back? I have NO idea!!! Think two, three, four times before buying here… I have no clue where to go or what to do to get this problem fixed.

I am moving to a new house and needed a large rug for the master bedroom which measures 16×13 ft. The Dump was the only place that had larger than the usual standard sizes. We are moving Monday morning and the rug needed to be down before the 4 poster king size bed went in the room. So my sister and I made a mad dash from SW Arlington and got there 1/2 hour before closing. It was well worth the trip. Norma Jean was happy to stay late to help as well and got the guys to load it in my truck. And we got it home safely and got it in the room. It is beautiful. This was my first time to shop at The Dump but itwon’t be my last. I’ll be back. Thanks for the great experience.

Had a wonderful experience with Gregg and Rob. Rob first approached is to help with suggestions for a couch my daughters apartment in college. Then Greg helped us find a wonderful bed and mattress for her. Greg was incredibly informative and a pleasure to be around. Both gentlemen are an asset to the dump. Will definitely be coming back more now.
