Well.. First and foremost, I must say that I have been waiting patiently to solve problems this store gave me but I have wasted too much of time so here it is.My wife and I bought two iPhones here when they had buy 1, get 1 free. When they try to open account, one of the clerks brought a wrong type of phone, which made our lives so much harder. This simple mistake, which could have been avoid by being CAREFUL, made us to pay almost $1200 at ONCE! That took us about 2 months to get the money back.This was not the end.I paid full price of a phone when we open that account for the first time so that I don’t have to worry about any payments for the phone. This was recommended by the clerks so why not? However, it was a mistake. AT&T help desk stated that the payment I made went toward the phone that I was supposed to get it for free. So now I am paying for another one, which is absolutely against the contract that I have signed at this store. I wish yall have a good attorney for yourselves.Don’t trust their deal.
