It’s Just Speculation
We went in to eat and for me this was the first time since pandemic. Every table was dirty, the floors were pretty filthy and sure, maybe we caught them on an off day but the things that really turned me off what should of been a great location and restaurant to eat at…. every high chair for our 1 year old to use was so dirty we couldn’t use them. We wrestled her half the time in the booth to feed her and eat our food simultaneously. The worst part too was finding a hair in my chicken strips. I was let down and wouldn’t recommend this location. The only saving grace was the girl up front she was sweet, fixed our order when we were missing fries, and even reminded us to get the baby girl something . She’s the best thing there.

I have a 3 year old son who wants to be independent. Levi (the gentleman taking our order on lane 2 drive thru) understood that my son may not make sense but I asked if he would allow my son to order. He was so friendly about it and said Aw of course he can. Then my son ordered and he was so sweet about it! I have worked in the food service industry for years. People that friendly and understanding are hard to come by. The male manager came to the window when I asked who took our order. When I explained and said they made our day he had a big grin and said glad we can! Please recognize them employees like that are hard to come by! I don’t remember the managers name but I do remember Levi’s! He made my sons day and made my son feel like a big boy! Keep up the good work! First place in Lubbock fast food to actually make a difference!
