I don’t know how this got 4+ stars but let me explain my recent experience. I came in readily to purchase appliances until I saw hidden administrative fees and extended fees and oh boy did this young amateur try to shake me down and follow me around everywhere.I had to tell her to stop and let me explore my options. Lies after lies and if I didn’t read those fine prints and ask questions I would have really screw myself over. Her saws name was Angel please get with her she needs more classroom work and read those terms she try get me to sign. I’m very disappointed and my timewas wasted now my mother won’t have her appliances on time for Mother’s Day.

Worse experience ever. They were unable to explain their contact other than to say it’s a “Term Contract” that doubles after 3 months. Not to mention we were told we had to wait a week after already waiting a week, because of issues with the warehouse. We were asked to confirm the delivery the day before to get confirmation. We called got a confirmation along with a time frame for the delivery. Just for the store to call me the day of delivery within the delivery window to say they didn’t have my appliance, and I would have to wait another week. They make false promise to customers and continue to place blame on the warehouse instead of taking ownership as a whole. Wouldn’t recommend.

Angel did a fantastic job helping find everything we were looking for. She was very patient as my aunt and fiancee had her running around 4 areas of the store, asking questions. She was quick and very informative with finding out details on items we were asking about.
