I have a package that got delivered Sunday I went to check there was no key to open the mail box, I’ve tried calling Monday and they picked up after 7 times of calling straight to let them know if they can ask my mail man to put a key in my mail box they said “ok I’ll let them know”, I get home there is no key, today I have called all day non stop hoping to get an answer but nothing.I still haven’t gotten my package I can never be home to catch the mailman to open the boxCan someone please help meI can’t believe no one can answer the phone to help

Have called multiple times to let the post master know that the mailman/woman does not check or sort mail correctly and we have missing mail or mail from other houses on our street. There is only 4 houses (including mine) on my street. This has been going on for MORE than a year!!!
