You call in meds then get there and not ready or have to be ordered.

This location has rude employees and is constantly understaffed. The most recent incident: I called to have a medication refilled. There was no greeting when someone answered their phone, just pharmacy, Please hold. So I held…. Then after I spoke with someone about my refill, I was hung up on. No manners. And this is just ONE example, ONE issue among many. I have since switched to Walgreens. WALGREENS is kind, informative, patient, and they communicate with their customers by text, email, or however you prefer. Kroger is a dead zone. And they let covid patients just come up to the counter inside the store among all the other customers. No social distancing enforced. I could go on and on.

The pharmacy tech lied to me about a orader, said it would be ready in 30 mins, when I called back in 1 hour the same tech said they never heard of the order. I cant believe it take over 48 hours to fill a prescription. Plus we been waiting in line for 10 mins plus there is another car in front of us probably another 10 more minutes. We are changing from this pharmacy to CVS and I do not recommend anyone going to this pharmacy.

Standing in front of the window for ten minutes as employees walk by around and avoid eye contact. They say wait is only 30 minutes tho so not zero stars.
