Well…it’s obviously a beauty paradise and what’s not to love! Great Christmas deals! Very helpful staff. Merchandise was easily displayed. Then I blacked out and came to in my car with a bag full of stuff….oops… but OH look at all the Morphe pallets! No oops that was amazing. I tried out the pallets and they are top notch. Love that brand!

Visited Saturday and purchased two palettes. Got home and unboxed them, and noticed right away one of the palettes looked nothing like the display so I immediately took it back to swap for the correct one. Apparently, a stock of palettes had been placed incorrectly by the display. Taylor assisted me when I went back to return, she advised of the correct name of the pallet, and immediately went to check the back to see if they had anymore, they didn’t, so she offered to order it for me and have it sent to my home. She processed the return quickly, ordered the new palette, confirmed my info. She said it would take about 5 days to receive. The palettes were shipped the same day, and I received it on today which is Monday. I was beyond shocked and happy that I received it so soon. When I managed retail one of our mottos was “under promise and over deliver”, Taylor did just that. And she was very pleasant to work with, efficient at her role, had a great attitude, she’s an asset to the store for sure. Kudos Taylor!!! Taylor gets a 5, but I gave the store a 4 because all this transpired due to the palettes being in an incorrect spot in the first place. I’ve worked in retail so I understand.
