Critical: Professionalism Booked a same day appointment online and when we arrived, the stylist was a bit dismissive and rude, told us we would not be able to get our haircut since she was busy and did not offer to reschedule our appointment. Super disappointed.

My ex husband took my daughter there today to get her hair done. The stylists told both of them they were about to leave. But instead they sat there and continued talking to each other. If they don’t know how to do ethnic hair, they need to post that on the door.
